The Service for Common Affairs of the city of Novi Sad announced the public procurement for development of a software solution at the end of 2021. The development subject was the mobile application that is available 24/7 to all citizens and it enables both the possibility of recording current communal issues in the city and direct and effective communication with communal services.
After choosing Projectland as the contractor and after the successful realization of the project, that is confirmed by the Record of qualitative and quantitative handover, signed at the end of the January 2022, this unique application is available to all of the citizens of Novi Sad and it is also free to download on Google Play.
By using this application, citizens monitor current communal problems and report those they notice. Every citizen who reports the issue has the possibility to monitor the request, that is the ticket, and after that the system sends notifications about any request changes. The application is simple for use, designed in a modern way and with concise instructions, so it is user-friendly.
