The Dispatcher Novi Sad application is available 24/7 to all citizens. Through the Dispatcher Novi Sad mobile application, citizens can report issues in the city, while municipal utility companies and city administration have insight into reported problems, allowing them to respond to reports and initiate solutions. Each citizen who submits a report can track the status of their request (ticket), and the system sends notifications about any changes to the ticket. Users of the application can also receive updates on important events and initiatives conducted by city authorities. Additionally, Dispatcher Novi Sad can be used for voting on specific questions proposed by the City of Novi Sad authorities.
