Implementation of Process Tracking and Document Management Software in Local Government. Our company was tasked with developing a web-based software solution for the local government of Kragujevac to streamline policy document management and goal integration. The system needed to enable efficient tracking of the policy implementation from long-term strategic plans down to individual job positions while ensuring financial and time-based monitoring of goal achievement.
The software was designed to improve goal definition, ensure traceability, and enhance execution control at all levels. Additionally, it required adaptability to regulatory changes, an intuitive user interface, and integration capabilities with other systems.
