One of the most common things we hear at the start of a project is:

Our response is always:

Because the true value of a digital product lies not in the code — but in the problem it solves and the users it helps.
Before writing a single line of code, we want to understand:
- Who are the end users?
- What’s their real pain point?
- How does this product improve their experience?
- What’s the business goal behind the request?
Without this, the product risks becoming just a polished interface — with no real purpose.
