We are proud to announce that we have been part of the project “EU for Public Administration Reform – Complementary Assistance to Sector Performance Reform”, under the contract for public administration reform, since February 2026.
The project covers business case analysis, software project management, software development, and software project quality control.
Some of the activities for which our resources will be responsible include: participating in critical bilateral or trilateral meetings; providing timely clarification of questions and ambiguities; tracking agreed action points; assessing the feasibility and soundness of proposed architectures and solutions; validating alignment with industry standards and the beneficiary’s environment; evaluating alternative solutions; clarifying technical risks and supporting issue resolution; ensuring that final systems meet all technical requirements; validating documentation; and supporting user testing by preparing acceptance criteria and testing scenarios, as well as assisting beneficiaries in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
